About Us
Popular publicans, Mark Dyer and Eamonn Manson, have created a formula that combines the best qualities of London’s Michelin Star restaurants with the relaxed, traditional style found in the local pubs, giving critics and trendsetters alike the perfect gathering place.
After successful ventures in London, the duo have focused their attention on Brook House, hoping to bring a new dining experience to their customers old and new. “We’ve been bringing gastro pubs to the Fulham and Chelsea markets for a few years now because it’s what we know and what we are passionate about,” says Manson, “We have previously created pubs to act as hang-outs for all walks of life, both local residents and visitors alike, and Brook House is only different in respect to its ambience & décor.”
Dyer and Manson’s 10-year partnership resulted in award-winning pubs, which they sold in 2017.
“Following the sale of our previous pubs, it was only a matter of time before we were on the look out for a new site, and 65 New Kings Road hit both of our sweet spots,” says Dyer, “With the healthy mix of restaurant, pub and bar, Brook House is, we feel, a venue Fulham needs. Rustic, relaxed and welcoming to all.”
